How To Apply - Cadet College Chakwal

Applications on prescribed form, complete in all respects have to be submitted before the due date along with following documents:

Bank Draft for registration fee Rs. 1000/-
Five self-addressed envelopes duly stamped
Three Passport size latest photographs
Copy of parent's / Guardian's computerized CNIC
Four photocopies of Matric result card (for 1st year)
Bay-Form photo copy must be attached

Original school leaving certificate. (After confirmation of the admission)

Note:- Admission Fee, Fund, Security are charged once at the time of addmission.

The monthly fee will be payable in quarterly installments. However,
Parents/guardians can pay on monthly basis by taking written permission of the Principal.
